Science is hard to develop if scientific activities come to a halt. moreover, even if scientific activities exist, they could not synergically advance science if the media expected to publish the products of such activities-in the form of scientific writings-are non existent or limited. JSP was launched aiming at publishing scientific writings in socio-political issues.
